The topic of the master’s thesis must be taken from the subjects specified in one of the modules.

The master’s examination is taken orally before an examination board and is worth 1 ECTS credit point. Students may only take the master’s examination once they have successfully completed all other study achievements in the program.

Networking at an international level

Expand your horizons, leave national borders behind and gain the experience needed to put your corporate strategy on the path towards globalization ‒ an essential skill for successful companies and their managers. On the joint study trip, program participants develop an intercultural mindset and delve deeply into the business world of another culture.

This one-week journey will take you to one of the world's most dynamic business hubs, such as the USA, Canada, Japan, India, or China. The exact destination will be announced approximately six months before the start of your CEMBA program.

During the trip, you will attend a course at a top international business school as part of your CEMBA program and have the opportunity to earn an additional certificate on a cutting-edge topic from this prestigious institution. You will visit global industry leaders, hidden champions, and successful startups, network with international executives, and gain valuable insights into innovative management approaches.

The trip is rounded off by exclusive networking events, facilitating exchange with executives and experts from around the world.*
